HAIR: Brown, coarse and spiky.
EYES: Cat-eyes. One blue, one gold.
BODY: Short and lean.
FACE: Freckles, sharp cat teeth.
SKIN: Her skin is not like human skin-- she is actually slightly furry to the touch. She's light orange-brown in colour, except her tail which is dark brown like her hair, and has dark orange stripes across both arms.
OTHER: Cat ears, cat tail, retractable claws on her fingers and toes. Does not like shoes and is often barefoot.

SKILLS
1. Cat physiology - Catra has cat-like levels of vision, hearing and smell. She can jump over several times her body height, and often (though not always) lands on her feet even when falling a great distance. She can balance on just about anything (though is not immune to clumsiness), and has reflexes fast enough to pick an arrow out of mid-air. Her nails are strong enough to cut through some metal and rock materials. As for her strength and speed, she is only slightly above that of a fit human.
2. Combat - Catra was raised as a child soldier, so she is skilled at hand-to-hand combat and most weapons, though she appears to prefer close-range. Having her cat-like speed and reflexes thrown into the mix here makes her a formidable opponent for any regular human, but she would struggle against someone with genuine superpowers.
POWER
Attention Manipulation: The ability manipulate the attentions of others or the self, including where and how to focus a person's attention. This power has the potential for a variety of different branches, such as crowd control, honing one's own focus, manipulating the attention of others towards oneself, manipulating the attention of others away from oneself (becoming effectively invisible or forcing people to look at something) or manipulating attention to emphasize a specific emotion or sway favor.
First seed: Utilizing her voice, Catra can direct others to pay slightly more attention to her or her words, or to redirect or steal someone's focus, though only for a very short period of time. She cannot use her power if her focus/desire is conflicted.

THE DOWN-LOW
Catra is an orphan cat-girl whose origins are unknown, even to herself. She was taken in by the Horde military as an infant and raised to be a child soldier. As a result, she has an extremely skewed worldview-- love, affection and kindness are viewed with derision or suspicion. Her toxic upbringing has raised her into an unsurprisingly toxic, insecure and self-destructive adult. It's no surprise that she has difficulty maintaining positive relationships with others.
In her desire to protect herself from hurt, Catra drives others away. Despite being desperate for approval and love, she associates honesty and positivity with weakness, and so becomes the instrument of her own unhappiness. She is caustic and mean to others, and won't hesitate to bully or tease someone else to assert dominance. If someone does have the patience to get through her defenses, it's only a matter of time before she self-destructs the relationship, because she doesn't have the self-awareness to understand why her behavior is at odds with her goals. She genuinely believes that if she can only get enough power, nobody else will be able to hurt her ever again. She's felt weak her whole life, and this is the only way she knows to feel strong.
